PreHospitalHub Shop

The agreement, in plain English

Terms and conditions

These terms apply to use of PreHospitalHub Shop and purchases made through the shop. They do not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Products and orders

Check the product description, selected quantity, delivery details and total before paying. Product availability and prices are checked at checkout. If an order cannot be supplied, we will contact you about the available options, including a refund where applicable.

Images are illustrative. The product description and any specifications shown at the time of purchase describe what you are ordering.

Prices and payment

All shop prices and payments are in pounds sterling (GBP). The checkout shows the total payable, including the selected delivery charge, before payment. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Delivery

Available delivery options and charges are shown in the basket and checkout. Any delivery estimate is an estimate unless a guaranteed service is expressly offered. Please provide a complete and accurate address and contact us if an order has not arrived.

Cancellations and returns

For most goods bought online, UK consumers have a right to cancel within 14 days after receiving them and then a further 14 days to return them. Exceptions may apply, including certain personalised goods and sealed hygiene goods once unsealed. Contact the shop to arrange cancellation or a return.

Where a statutory cancellation right applies, refunds follow applicable law, including repayment of standard outbound delivery where required. Return costs and any lawful deductions must be explained before they apply. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are subject to your separate statutory rights.

Academic services

The scope of proofreading is the service described in the product listing. You remain responsible for the originality, accuracy and submission of your work and for complying with your institution’s rules.

If you request a service to begin during the cancellation period, any effect on your cancellation rights must be explained and agreed before work begins. Buying a service does not by itself waive those rights.

Clinical use and liability

Clinical aids are supplementary references, not a substitute for professional judgement, training or current local guidance. Read the Disclaimer before relying on a clinical product.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or your statutory consumer rights.

Questions and disputes

For an order issue, contact the shop using the contact details accompanying your order and include your order reference. These terms are intended for UK customers; any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction remain unaffected.
