Acceptable use

Do not use the shop for fraud, unlawful activity, impersonation, harassment or distributing malicious material. Do not attempt to access another person’s account, bypass security controls or disrupt the service.

Provide accurate information and keep your account access secure. Do not use payment methods or personal information you are not authorised to use. Tell us if you believe your account or order details have been misused.

Do not submit patient-identifiable information, confidential records or personal information belonging to others without a lawful basis. Remove identifying details from any material submitted for academic support.

Proofreading supports your own work; it must not be used for plagiarism, contract cheating, fabricated evidence or misrepresentation of authorship. Check your institution’s rules before submitting work for review.

Respect copyright and other intellectual property rights. Purchasing a product or service does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute or resell protected reference material without authorisation.

We may restrict access or decline requests where reasonably necessary to prevent misuse or protect customers and the service. Any action remains subject to applicable law and your consumer rights.
